The terrain in North Fyn is level, with notably fertile soil, known as the North Fyn Plain. Here you can find Flyvesandet, "the flying sand", Fyn's only area of dunes.

The beaches around the town Otterup are popular both for swimming and fishing.

Bogense is the smallest and cosiest market town on Fyn. Bogense's Saint Nicholas Church, pictured on the right,  was build in 1406 on top of an earlier Romanesque church.  

The Langesø forest is a popular excursion destination with several walking paths around the Lake of Langesø, one Fyn's largest lakes. A hike around the lake leads you past Langesø Forest Chapel, one of Fyn's most popular wedding chapels. 

In the elegant surroundings of Langesø Castle you will find a beautiful par-3-golf course.
